What sizes do your images come in?Please note that even though every size is available for each print, when we go into production that size may not work for that particular image. If that is the case, we will contact you to discuss another size or option. If the size works better a size up, the print will be offered at that price. If the size works better a size down, then we will adjust the price accordingly. If you wish to change the size to a more substantial size of canvas, then the difference will be charged.

Am I buying a one-of-a-kind?You are ordering a print of the original. No original photographs are for sale or will be sold to only one person. There may be instancing of limiting the printing of certain images.

Are you photographs only available on canvas?Right now they are. We are expanding our product line, but we are very comfortable with our canvas print supplier and feel that the photography stands out more on canvas then on a flat print. However, we may expand our line to include other items as well. Stay tuned and sign up for our newsletter for any updates to our products.

How long can I expect my order to arrive?Please note that it can take two to three weeks for your order to arrive. Each order is printed on demand and is not pulled from stock. Once the order has been placed, it can take 24 hours to process your order. When the print has been received by Julie Thurgood Fine Art, the item is inspected, signed and then shipped off to you!

Can I still change/cancel my order?Please email us at julie@juliethurgood.com Monday through Friday from 9 AM till 9 PM EST. If your order has already been placed into production or shipped, please know that the package is no longer in our posession and no longer qualifies for cancellation.

What do I gain from registering for our newsletter?Do you want to enjoy exlusive benefits? Then sign up to our newsletter on each one of our pages. After successful registration, you will receive our newsletter on a regular basis (if we have exciting offers or news!). At the end of each newsletter, there is a place for you unsubscribe if you wish.

I have not received an order confirmationAfter succesfully placing your order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation which is sent to the email address that you provided at time of ordering. This may go to your spam folder, and therefore please check this folder before contacting us. If there is an issue receiving this email, please contact us at julie@juliethurgood.com.

How do I place an orderWhen you are done shopping, click "Checkout" tp place your order. All of your items appear in your order during checkout. If you don't want to order all items in your cart, simply edit your shopping bag. You will be asked to verify your information upon check out.

What forms of payment do you accept?We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal.

When can I expect my print?Since we only place your canvas order once your order has been completed and approved, it can take up to three weeks for the item to reach you. Our timelines are as follows: Ordering paid print - within 24 hours. Shipping of print to Julie Thurgood Fine Art Photography - 1 to 2 weeks Signing, inspection and shipment to you - 1 week. We do try to get your item to you as soon as possible, but remember we do not keep stock and each item is individually ordered upon completion of your purchase. Please be patient with us.
